Order Assistant
Ring Smart Lighting is looking for an Order Assistant to accurately receive and process purchase orders and help facilitate execution to our customers.
The ideal candidate for this job will be motivated by collaborating with internal sales, shipping and customers in order to achieve on-time and accurate shipments.
This person enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities Receiving, entering and processing purchase orders via email and EDI portals Verifying order accuracy, including shipping, product pricing and availability Issuing order confirmations Communicate pricing, payment or out of stock issues to account managers Liaise with logistics/operations to ensure timely processing and delivery Maintaining and updating sales records Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, as requested.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
